Evidence for the Trustworthiness of The Bible?

The Bible is a library of sixty-six books, written in a time span of 1,500 to 2,000 years; with more than forty authors, some including, prophets, fishermen, a physician, and kings. It was written on three different continents: Asia, Africa, and Europe (Wegner 27). But, how do we know Christians can trust the Bible when we do not have the original documents in the first place?
